“We had kicked off a project to close down and relocate our operations and storage from one warehouse to another. One of the challenges we faced was the requirement to relocate all of our pallet racking into the new site with a new location format.

Our Racking provider suggested we investigate Saito’s location label solutions as we’d previously used a mixture of magnets and adhesive paper-based label. We were forever losing the magnets and the paper base solution is just too difficult to remove if you look to re-configure any locations.

After meeting with Saito and working the suggested solution of Everpeel labels and Totem labels we decided to proceed with this considerably more cost effective and user friendly option.

The team at Saito have been extremely accommodating in finding solutions to our short lead time and also picked up on some errors in our location database prior to any printing. The printing and delivery was agreed on a phased bases and presented in the format we requested for ease of installation as we stood our racking.

Saito have been great to work with and the Everpeel labels are excellent! We had a few team members express some cynicism at the start but they were all quickly swayed to see the ease and benefits.”

“We’ve been working with Saito Labels for a while now, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the outset, their team has demonstrated a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to delivering solutions that actually work in a real-world operational environment.

The quality of their labels is consistently outstanding. In a fast-paced warehouse setting where durability, clarity, and scanning accuracy are critical, Saito Labels has delivered every time. Their products hold up under pressure—whether it’s high-volume picking, storage, or transport—and we’ve seen tangible improvements in efficiency and accuracy across our operation as a result.

What truly sets Saito Labels apart, however, is their approach to customer partnership. They don’t just supply a product—they take the time to understand your business, your challenges, and your goals. This has been especially evident through the involvement of Sarah, their CEO. It’s rare to see that level of leadership engagement, and it speaks volumes about the culture of the business.

Sarah has been actively involved throughout our journey, ensuring that our requirements are not only met but exceeded. Her hands-on approach, attention to detail, and willingness to engage directly have made a significant difference. Whether it’s supporting custom solutions, navigating tight timelines, or simply checking in to ensure everything is running smoothly, her presence reinforces a strong sense of accountability and care.

That level of ownership flows through the entire Saito team. Nothing feels too hard, and there’s a clear focus on delivering outcomes rather than excuses. In an industry where reliability is everything, that makes a real difference.

Overall, Saito Labels has proven to be a trusted and high-performing partner. Their combination of product quality, customer service, and leadership involvement puts them ahead of the pack. I would highly recommend them to any business looking for a labelling provider that genuinely adds value.

“In early 2022, Chemfreight undertook a racking upgrade within one of its Christchurch warehouses. This initiative was driven by the requirement to meet updated seismic standards and achieve PS4 compliance. While the racking upgrade was a key component, equal importance was placed on improving the labelling system, location identification, and overall warehouse profile.

This project marked the beginning of an ongoing partnership between Chemfreight and Saito. Since then, 12 warehouses have been successfully re-labelled using solutions developed and delivered by Saito.

During the Christchurch project, Saito provided a range of label design options aligned with current industry standards, introducing innovative solutions such as the “Ever Peel” label. This product enabled multiple applications and removals without compromising adhesion, significantly improving efficiency during installation. As a result, a 4,200-pallet warehouse (seven pallets high) was fully relabelled within one week by a single operator.

Following the success of this project, Saito expanded its support to include the supply of labels and totems for a business-wide Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation. This required all warehouse locations to be updated to a new format, incorporating DataMax barcoding.

Chemfreight worked closely with Saito to develop labelling solutions suitable across a diverse operational environment, including Major Hazard Facilities, non-dangerous goods warehouses, RMP food-grade storage, cold chain, and ultra-low temperature (-80°C) storage.

A key strength of the partnership has been Saito’s responsiveness and flexibility. The ability to quickly adapt label design, size, and layout in response to evolving project requirements ensured timely delivery and alignment with operational needs. Draft designs were consistently provided for review and approval prior to rapid production and supply.

The relationship between Chemfreight and Saito continues to strengthen, underpinned by high service levels, product quality, and a shared commitment to operational success.”

Across more than 10 years and multiple WMS implementations, I’ve relied on Saito for warehouse labelling.

Labels in a regulated pharma environment aren’t forgiving: scanner read-rate, adhesive performance and print durability have to be right first time, every time. Peelable tote labels, waterproof LPNs, Everpeel racking labels  — Saito have delivered across the lot.

What sets them apart isn’t the labels, it’s how they approach problems. They understand the application, challenge the brief when it needs challenging, and think like operators rather than order-takers. I recommend them without hesitation as a warehouse labelling partner.
